Provide human resource services that will strategically improve and enhance the workplace environment and protect the rights of all parties involved.
Our first day operating as a corporation was July 1, 2003.
As the company grew and evolved changes continued to take place. Due to technology advances and to improve effectiveness for clients, FCI delivers consulting and/or training mainly on-line. We may travel, as needed to the clients location (on-site) depending on the service and client needs.
All of our Subject Matter Experts (SME) possess at minimum a college degree, except electrical which are licensed Journeymen, and at least 10 years management experience in their respective fields. Our SME’s combined have over 145 years experience in the areas of accounting, construction, electrical, engineering, management, manufacturing, medical, and retail.

We offer memberships to companies and organizations. What does this do for you? Allows your organization to utilize any of our services for a montly rate. Simply choose and subscribe to one of our four levels of membership depending on your organizations need.
Membership and included hours are based on a period of one year. Organizations may try our membership for six(6) months (half the full membership hours) initially. If after six months, you are not completely satisfied you may simply terminate the membership.
Membership is NOT required to receive any of our services. Membership is only an option to help organizations and companies who would like to use and/or consider using our services.
- Our fee structure is quite simple. our daily fees are all inclusive, no extra or hidden costs. (no extra fees for phone calls, copies, etc. Just a flat daily rate)
- Travel expenses are just as easy. The current rate is 55.5 cents per mile from our location to yours each time we make an "On-Site" visit. (no per diems, hotel fees, rental car fees, airline fees, etc. Just a flat mileage rate)
- All services are subject to the mileage rate if any travel is involved, including services performed for members.
- Offer On-Line or On-Site Meetings
- Offer On-Line Training and Webinars or On-Site Training
- Offer On-Site Services as needed or requested.
- Clients have reported a more than 20% decrease in employee turnover. Average turnover cost is $2,744/employee. Average annual minimum turnover costs $41,160. Average annual return on investment (ROI) $33,000.
- Mr. Francis as a manager reduced payroll 25% and increase in revenue 50% and his consulting has helped clients realize the same for their companies.
With our services, there are no long-term contracts. Clients may use our services for a project, a day, a week, or long-term. There are never any hidden or extra costs, our prices are ALL inclusive, so our clients have a hassle free experience. We focus on building relationships with each of our clients and providing quality services.
None of the services we provide are from a template even though they may be similar. Each document we create is specifically written for each client. Though some of the work and documents are similar, like each client, no two are ever exactly the same.
Fred P. Francis, M.Ed., PHR
Mr. Francis has been a business owner, as well as, a Corporate Director of Human Resources for an international company with operations in five countries and 31 states. He has been a member of management since 1981 and began his career in human resources in 1994.
Mr. Francis has received two undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Management from Miami University and a third in Business Administration from Wilmington College. He then received his Masters of Human Resource Development from Xavier University. He has current certificates in the areas of Professional of Human Resources (PHR), COBRA, EEOC, Continuous Improvement, and Train the Trainer.
He has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 1999. As a member of SHRM he has held the offices of Vice President, President, and Past President of the Butler/Warren County chapter and served on the Ohio SHRM State Council.
He has also designed and started three new Human Resource Departments, authored four policy and procedure manuals, written several employee manuals, designed nine program curriculums, authored many training manuals, and taught more than 40 topics to hundreds of businesses.
Mr. Francis has taught thousands of students and seminar attendees on a variety of management and technology related issues. He has served as Chair for two advisory committees.
Mr. Francis was selected by Ohio Governor Bob Taft to be one of 75 human resource representatives in the State of Ohio to work with the Council on Aging and other state representatives at a conference on aging. This conference was designed to discuss and find answers to future employment issues.
Amy L. Francis, RN
Mrs. Francis a graduate of Miami University School of Nursing is a Registered Nurse in Critical Care and has been in the medical field since 1988 and an RN since 1992.
She has been a Staff Nurse, Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, and an Administrative Nurse, as well as, an Intermediate Emergency Medical Technician. She has certifications in ACLS and Telemetry. With the majority of her experience in ICU, SICU, and CCU.
In 2011 Mrs. Francis was the “Clinical Excellence Award Winner” for the second time since 2005. This award is based on peer and subordinate nominations within the nurses department. She has also received awards and commendations for her role as a preceptor for nursing students. Mrs. Francis also, annually delivers skill assessments and training to other nursing staff.
Her passion for excellence in the field of nursing has made her not only an excellent nurse and supervisor, but has given her many insights into what builds an excellent medical staff. Her experience and knowledge has been a great asset to medical facilities that are looking to improve or raise standards.
